Bankruptcy Specialist 2This position is responsible for managing a bankruptcy portfolio through bankruptcy processes and queue management. Review incoming documentation for relevance and action. Review bankruptcy plans for feasibility and negotiate with debtor's attorneys to protect CitiFinancial's interest. Work with internal and external customers to come to a resolution of any given problems. Manage work list to ensure proper follow up on a Bankrupt accounts within compliance of Bankruptcy and Citi procedures. Case management of accounts submitted for litigation.
