We are a growing facility in a thriving community that provides outstanding women's services including 2,800 births during 2011.Position Summary:Responsible for the direct and indirect total nursing care of his/her assigned patients. Additionally, in collaboration with the Director, is responsible for the quality of nursing care provided in his/her area consistent with the philosophy, goals, and objectives of both the hospital and the nursing department. Guides the staff in the implementation of the nursing process. Participates in selecting, developing, disciplining, and evaluating staff.
