Maxwell Position Focus Responsible for providing daily high-quality services throughout the Laboratory Department, including General Lab, Blood-Bank, Microbiology, Phlebotomy and Pathology. Oversight of Department activities related to budget planning/management, strategic planning, performance improvement and QA. Ensures compliance with hospital guidelines and regulatory standards, including The Joint Commission, etc. The Executive Director will oversee 150+ FTE’s and report to the VP of Professional Support Services.
