Coord Volunteer - Full-time (Days)

Details: Menorah Medical CenterPosition Summary: The Project Manager/Volunteer Coordinator conducts data analysis for quality projects, spear heads patient satisfaction initiatives, serves as expert for the HCAHPS survey process, and is responsible for all other duties assigned. This position is also responsible for coordinating all volunteer assignments and activities throughout the hospital including volunteer request, maintaining volunteer hours, maintaining physical and in service hours of volunteers and maintaining a current schedule. The Project Manager/Coordinator will also screen and select new volunteers, manage performance, orientation and training of new and existing volunteers. The position must maintain compliance with laws and regulatory bodies governing volunteers have strong computer skills, specifically in Word Perfect, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Access. The position must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
