Department  Investment Management ResponsibilitiesOngoing training of institutional team related to use of CRM tool best practices and defining expectations regarding tool usage. Provide recommendations for improving use of the CRM tool based on industry and technology developments.Provide administration of CRM system, including the following tasks: Set-up new users, create advanced queries, reports, and user interface changes using available CRM tools, co-ordinate implementation of system enhancements being developed by MIS/CRM vendor. Maintain quality of data in CRM system both by directly cleaning data and coordinating with both data users and MIS. Develop a deep understanding of the data, database, and inter-dependencies. Serve as a primary department contact for the data within the CRM application as well as the integration of data providers and their interfaces. Act as business analyst, supporting the business process and ensuring processes are followed. Development of shared custom reporting templates to be used by various distribution professionals and internal sales team members to maximize the effectiveness of each team.Assembly of reporting for heads of each of distribution channels (e.g. Europe, Consultant Relations, Institutional Sales, IDG Field, Financial Institutions, and future Asia).Executive level reports - Development of rolled up versions of each of reports for the productivity heads plus report requirements that are custom to both head of institutional distribution and which roll-up to reports for head of IM.
