SVP, Re-Engineering The SVP Re-Engineering is a key role in the Citi Mortgage Re-Engineering team responsible for driving a large scale multi-million dollar Re-engineering program. This role will lead a team responsible for developing and executing the Re-engineering pipeline working closely with multiple cross functional business leaders and teams. The goal of Citi Mortgage Re-engineering program is to optimize Customer Experience, Productivity, EBIT, Quality and Controls. The role will include leading efforts to conduct fact based analysis using a variety of tools/resources to identify opportunities to drive the 2012-2014 Re-engineering agenda (tied to the Citi Mortgage strategic plan) and instill a culture of Continuous Improvement.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Responsible for scoping, directing and managing a portfolio of process, policy and role improvement/reengineering projects within or across the business.Demonstrate expertise in process / policy / roles & responsibility design and the use of standardized techniques like lean/six sigma to drive reengineeringDevelops and executes influencing strategies to build and increase buy-in and leadership support. Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated, unique and dynamic situations; draws on a diverse range of internal and external resourcesDefines process performance targets, project timeline, milestones, and resource requirements through collaboration with the Business & Re-engineering LeadershipMonitor new developments in business process improvement methodology and best practices, including learning from other industries.Act as a catalyst for the sharing and implementation of best practices across all functional areas of the business.Accountable for translating technical work, and analytics, into detail action plan, & clear articulation of efficiency targets, and related impact, which serve as a foundation to effectively influence stakeholders in support of re-engineering effort.
