With a global network spanning more than 100 countries, Citigroup Technology Infrastructure provides Citigroup internal business clients with local and cross-border technology infrastructure services and integrated reporting and management of their networks and data centers. Enterprise Operations and Technology (EO&T) Risk Management (EO&T RM) consists of approximately 90 positions providing global Risk Management, Continuity of Business (CoB), and Information Security (IS) coverage for EO&T.EO&T RM actively supports senior management's commitment to maintain an effective control environment. This is accomplished by defining the strategy, approach, processes, and mechanisms that provide consistency for EO&T's risk management functions. This includes risk awareness, reporting, tracking, risk mitigation, and timely resolution of issues. It is also EO&T RM's responsibility to interface with internal/external auditors and regulators. EO&T RM fosters global standardization and enables cost-effective control management processes by providing the EO&T community with the necessary tools to facilitate increased awareness and knowledge of risk and control requirements. EO&T RM also staffs the Head of Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) Risk Management position (matrix into the CTI CAO), CoB Sector Head position (matrix into the Office of Business Continuity), and Global Information Sector Head position (matrix into OTRM GIS) .The EO&T RM team partners with every Region/Global Function within EO&T, which includes Anti Money Laundering (AML) Operations, Citi Shared Services (CSS), and Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI). EO&T RM is located in multiple locations to facilitate our global presence. Important extensions of our EO&T RM team are the Risk & Control Managers (RCMs), Group Information Security Officers (GISOs) and Business Information Security Officers (BISOs), Business Continuity Officers (BCOs), Supplier & Records Managers (SM/RM), RCSA/Risk Assessment and Regulatory Officers who are in place in each Region/Global Function. Through these risk & control communities, EO&T RM provides risk and control support to the global EO&T businesses. By partnering effectively with our global risk and control teams we are able to bring consistency to EO&T's risk management processes and standardized controls.Job ResponsibilitiesThis role is primarily responsible for managing the requirements of the Citi Operational Risk Policy and Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) Standards and practices Globally across EO&T. Summary of the main day-to-day activities of the position:Ensure EO&T Businesses are compliant with the Citi Operational Risk Policy and RCSA Standards. Provide guidance related to relevant policies and procedures.Support the implementation of Citi's Self-Assessment Program globally by interfacing between O&T Risk Management and Enterprise O&T self assessment entities.Develop relevant training for Enterprise O&T Risk Management staff and chair the EO&T Risk Assessment Working Group.Provide EO&T with an approach to identify, control, assess, monitor, measure and report operational risk. Represent and lead EO&T globally on change initiatives such as the conversion of RCSA to the new MCA standard.Work with risk managers and cross-business stakeholders to establish standard processes for controls and reporting across the individual EO&T areas.Proactively identify and implement new initiatives to improve risk management practices. Design the overall plan, facilitate global interaction and lead matrix teams to deliver on common objectives.Prepare and present analytics to identify common themes and executive summaries of EO&T self assessment results.Research, develop and prepare metrics, scorecards, presentations and other reports for Senior Mgt utilizing Excel, VISIO, PowerPoint, MS Access and Word.Identify controls and weaknesses and provide practical recommendations to improve the quality and effectiveness of the control environment
