Details: Northland Communications Corporation is a nationally recognized telecommunications provider serving customers in eight states.  Northland’s corporate office has been located in Seattle for more than 25 years and is currently located in downtown Seattle near Pike Place Market.  We are seeking an assertive, goal orientated individual with charisma and an exceptional aptitude to build and foster relationships through a team environment to join our team in the position of: Operations CoordinatorThis position is responsible for directing and coordinating efforts between the corporate office and twenty system offices throughout the US to support operations including marketing, sales, billing, quality assurance and daily operations.  The ideal candidate is highly organized, follows-up with diligence and possesses the interpersonal skills to engage with customers and encourage cooperation from system operations.  The Operations Coordinator reports to the Senior Operations Manager and is responsible for: Operations:  Prepares various market trends, operational reports and other analysis for management that assist in meeting operational goals.  Creates sales reports and trend analysis for management review.  Coordinates uniform program and office systems to improve standardization and consistency throughout system offices. Administration:  Collects and sorts manager’s mail, coordinates and maintains calendars, creates travel arrangements and manages essential paperwork including expenses, time-off requests and related administrative business. Marketing:  Liaises with system marketing team and corporate marketing to facilitate creation and completion of marketing campaigns and ongoing marketing efforts.  Assists system offices with designing surveys to gather demographics and market surveys as requested by management. Project Coordination:  Assists in development of system improvement plans, monitors, tracks and reports on progress.
