Additional information may be found at www.citigroup.com or www.citi.com. • Serve as an internal subject matter expert on a range of U.S. community development and financial inclusion issues.- Develop NGO partnerships and a philanthropic investment approach that supports our goals to promote impact, innovation, and thought leadership in the US CDFI industry.- Develop close working relationships with a range of Citi businesses especially Citi Community Development and Citi Community Capital and identify ways to engage them in innovation and thought leadership activities. - Provide guidance and support to Citi Community Development officers developing local programs and relationships and work closely with Director of US local grantmaking to align and leverage national and local grants - Source proposals, evaluate work plans and move funding requests through the approval process in accordance with the Citi Foundation's policies, procedures, quality and timeliness goals, and CRA reporting guidelines- Monitor individual investments to ensure success and conduct portfolio evaluations to assess impact;- Develop a communications strategy that allows us to share what we are learning and positions Citi as a thought leader, this includes creating opportunities to communicate our leadership role and highlight innovative grants and partnerships - Stay abreast of related research, trends and key policy issues and develop ongoing relationships with other funders and prominent thought leaders in the field;- Serve as an external subject matter expert giving talks and presentations on the Citi Foundation's contribution to the field and support others in the company to do so as well, especially our business leaders;
