The candidate will need to effectively interact with the front office, operations, relationship managers and external clients. A Securities Processing Rep 3 is expected to be able to:Support incoming transaction functions including identification of client facing deal, confirming all deal financials and details are matched, raising any descrepancies, and initiating payments/journal entriesHandle outgoing payment functions including identifying client payment delays using product processor systems; investigate the root cause behind the delay; issue queries internally and externally; follow up until transaction is paid / settled.Manage aging and deal queue.Maintain up to date and accurate audit trails for all transactions.Prepare, analyze, and present findings for business, client and ad hoc reports.Monitor team aging, audit trails, and client portfolio trends.
