These products comprise the core fee business for North America, and require strategic outlook and focus to maintain and build on the competitive differential vis-à-vis market. The selected senior leader will be responsible for successfully developing and executing the strategy for growing the Core Cash franchise in NAM, both organically and inorganically. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-Develop, implement and execute business strategy to support our organic and inorganic growth targets -The individual will be responsible for the day-to-day management of NA Core cash business including ownership of the P&L, Strategy, Execution and People management. Products to be managed under Core Cash are Payments, Receivables and Channel Services-Partner with and take a leadership role as a member of the TTS NA senior leadership team-Partner with and take a leadership role as a member of the respective Global Product teams for Payments, Receivables and Channel services. Work on providing infrastructure support to back franchise deals (GEP, CBG, PWM)-Lead on key strategic initiatives for the business-Fully implement Payment Exchange (extend value chain to pre & post payment activities and multiple channels under one solution) and win mandates on it-Implement Receivables Vision in North America-Mobile strategy-Citidirect BE-Electronification of receivables - consulting and tools-Optimize investment in product platforms to build market leading stability, capability/functionality on Core platforms and select investments in add-ons and peripherals to increase depth and width of offering-Conduct periodic market surveys with Business Development to identify niche players to partner with / acquire, to capture select flows -Facilitate strategic growth and direction for the business - work with partners across Global and Regional product teams and Coverage to distil and focus on key levers for growth of the franchise. Lead ideation and facilitate execution-Strong Market and CSM interface to jointly identify areas of focus and develop product capabilities to capture incremental market share-Develop senior client contacts and presence at industry events to drive conversation on innovation and client partnerships-Manage bottom-line through strategic re-engineering of expenses and resources-Indirect, but active management of Operations & Technology to ensure product delivery within standards and reengineer existing products and processes to gain scale and efficiency in conjunction with market expansion-Manage partnership discussions and manage relationships with key vendors-Ensure the products adhere to all control and compliance requirements, not limited to Product Approval Programs, NPAC and satisfactory ARRs.
